About Terry McCoy
I have been a resident of Clermont County for fifty-two of my sixty-one years. My family owned and operated a fuel oil business and service station, Clermont Tire & Oil, located on Highway 28 in Mt. Repose, for thirty-five years. From that vantage point, I watched our county evolve from a rural community to a dynamic urban setting. The contact with our customers, who represented all walks of life, made me acutely aware of the problems and concerns of our counties residents.
I recently retired as a teacher from the Loveland School System. Being retired will enable me to devote all of my time and energy to being a full time public servant as your County Recorder, as I will not have any other business or occupation that will distract me from serving the needs of our citizens.
I have two adult children and a large extended family, many of whom live in Loveland or Clermont County.
